Responsibilities
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred).

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in North Raleigh.
- Our office is open 9-5:30 Mon-Fri.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1988.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of East Carolina University.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Crystal Excellence Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, and Bronze Tablet
