Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational tasks and scheduling.
- Support data tracking and performance reporting.
- Assist in customer outreach and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the agent to implement operational plans.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance standards are met.
- Experience in insurance agency business operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
- Experience in a sales environment with a proven track record of achieving goals.
- Must have at least one CA insurance license (eg, P&C or L/H).
