Role Description The Insurance Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Joppa, MD within a State Farm Agent’s office. In this position, the specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and support policy enrollment and servicing. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting coverage reviews, preparing quotes, and explaining policy options in clear, accessible language. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, processing changes to existing policies, and collaborating with the agency team to meet sales and service goals. This position requires consistent in-person interaction, follow-up calls, and accurate documentation in agency systems.
