Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Insurance Sales, including identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Knowledge of Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, and Health Insurance products and policies
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build trust
- Licensing in property, casualty, life, and/or health insurance (preferred or required depending on state regulations)
- Motivated self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in office software and technology; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Prior experience in insurance or customer relationship roles is a strong advantage
