Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with potential customers to expand the agency’s reach.
- Provide clear explanations of insurance options, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and customer care.
- Manage customer files accurately and handle policy servicing needs.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Background in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve results.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Health Insurance.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2002.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of Western Illinois University.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
