As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be central to the agency’s growth—engaging prospects, converting sales, and building strong relationships. While service support is part of the role, every customer interaction is an opportunity to identify needs and recommend additional products.

- Drive new business by selling insurance products to warm and cold leads
- Conduct personalized consultations to recommend appropriate coverage
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and service requests
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-up activities
- Active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses required (If you are missing one or both, we will support you through the licensing process)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-minded with ambition to exceed goals
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in insurance or sales preferred
