The Role

The role operates within defined processes and supervisory guidelines and is supported by coaching and an established customer base.

Structured onboarding, ongoing development in retirement planning and investment conversations, coaching within regulatory and supervisory frameworks, and opportunities to expand responsibilities based on performance, licensing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Financial degree or relevant financial experience is required.
Active Florida Life & Health Insurance license (2-15) preferred.
FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses required for securities activity (Series 65 or 66 may be required depending on registration structure).
Ability to obtain and maintain all required securities registrations.
Financial Services, Insurance, Or Advisory Experience Preferred.
Strong communication skills and strict adherence to compliance and ethical standards.

- Conduct comprehensive financial and insurance reviews (in person or virtual).
- Evaluate assets, liabilities, income protection needs, retirement readiness, and legacy objectives.
- Identify potential gaps and discuss suitable planning options consistent with regulatory standards.
- Perform daily targeted outreach to designated planning segments.
- Complete periodic portfolio and financial reviews in accordance with firm policy.
- Maintain required documentation and compliance standards for insurance and securities activity.
Financial degree or relevant financial experience is required.
