Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in West Bend, WI. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide high-quality support, assist in resolving issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, addressing concerns, educating clients on products and services, and maintaining a positive customer experience while upholding company standards.

- Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the Customer Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous
