Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Long Beach, CA. In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with insurance products and services. Day-to-day tasks include answering client questions, managing customer accounts, providing product information, and maintaining positive customer relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and supportive customer experience, while upholding the values of State Farm.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in fostering a positive Customer Experience
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in customer service, communications, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in an insurance or financial services environment is beneficial
• Must have P & C License
• Life and Health Insurance license is recommended
• Compensation $24.00 to $30.00
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
