- Assist customers with billing account questions and service needs
- Help customers with policy inquiries and updates
- Support customers with claims-related questions and next steps
- Maintain accurate, organized records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer communication in a fast-paced, supportive environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay upbeat while helping customers
- Willingness to take initiative and help wherever needed
