Position Overview

Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for a State Farm independent contractor agent may be the career for you! State Farm agents market only State Farm Insurance and financial service products.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  
  

Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch. On Saturdays, the agency is open from 9AM to

Noon and the team rotate who will be in office on those Saturday's. If a Saturday is worked, then three hours off is

allowed to be taken during the week.

• Active Arizona Property & Casualty or Life/Health Producers License Required

This busy insurance and financial services office has a passion to make a difference in the lives of others and better the community. We are an established, growth-oriented agency with a team of highly motivated individuals. We help customers with their insurance and financial service's needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life

Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.

Our office is located in Gilbert at the NE Corner of Higley & Ray.

Our office is open M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm; Sat: 9:00am-noon.

I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.

I am a proud graduate of University of Texas at Austin. Hook 'em!.

We currently have 5 team members at our agency.

We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.

Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor,

Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, and Silver Scroll

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
