Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with billing inquiries, coverage updates, and claims follow-up
- Identify and recommend insurance products that align with customer needs
- Build rapport that encourages trust and long-term loyalty
- Support client retention through proactive renewals and policy reviews
- Partner with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service or sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Comfort engaging in consultative, sales-focused conversations
- A calm, friendly, and solutions-oriented approach under pressure
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses—training and guidance provided
