As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

Responsibilities

• Make Outbound Calls to schedule quoting appointments
• Utilize Agency processes to have productive, educational quoting conversations
• Desire to have positive, value-based conversations with people
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to educate customers about insurance options.
  
  

Be willing to do work hard every day on our mission of protecting people.

Compensation: $40k plus commission guarantee and opportunity to earn unlimited commission. Includes Medical, dental, vision, and Retirement Plan. If you are already licensed and have experience, the compensation will be more.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
