I began my State Farm agency career in June 2002 after graduating college. I had the privilege of working alongside my father, Mike Markman, at his long-established agency in Park Ridge. Across my two offices, we have a team of 10, collectively bringing well over 100 years of State Farm experience. I also stay involved with Glenbrook North athletics, where my son plays basketball.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
