- Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses:
- Property & Casualty License
- Life/Health License
- Must be able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals
- Starting at $36,000 with no maximum earning potential
- Real upside through commission and performance-based bonuses
- Growth potential, including the possibility of running your own agency in 2–3 years
