What You’ll Do
- Drive new business by recommending and selling insurance products to new and existing customers.
- Build strong customer relationships that support retention, referrals, and continued growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records to support success and compliance.
- A strong sales mindset with confidence engaging customers and closing sales.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of motivation, professionalism, and accountability.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous insurance experience preferred but not required—sales experience strongly valued.
- Property & Casualty license and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain with agency-support).
