OneAdmin Planning & Operations has an immediate opening for a limited term position as a OneAdmin Planning and Operations Manager at the Supervisor I level. This position is responsible for providing guidance and direction to the AskAdmin team within OneAdmin Planning and Operations. This is a high impact unit that performs the handling/processing all AskAdmin requests through a Case Management System (CMS), phone system, and general email inbox. In addition, the Supervisor I follows up on complex Ad-Hoc requests, provides training and resources to AskAdmin professionals, and ensures quality standards for the unit.
Desired characteristics of this position will include and are not limited to:
- Direct experience in managing a team that deals with a high volume of calls, cases and/or email inquiries
- Experience in triaging cases to multiple HR and Administrative groups and problem solving before escalating to Tier 2 teams.
- Familiarity of existing OneAdmin Systems, including the OneAdmin Case Management System, OracleHR, and MyStateFundCareer
- Build and maintain effective relationships between business units
- Exceptional interpersonal and strong managerial ability
- Ability to develop and engage individuals into a high-preforming team
- Proficient in handling multiple priorities
- Knowledge of State Fund policies and procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to analyze and evaluate requests submitted through a variety of channels
- Experience in preparing written scripts, reports, and recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently research through a variety of databases to provide feedback and determine the best solution
- Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in preparing reports in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to coordinate, facilitate and create/give presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions toward shared objectives
- Ability to inspire and coach a high performing team
