State Fund's IT Network Operations - Cloud Operations – Network Infrastructure Service Unit has an opening for an Information Technology Associate (ITA) Network Analyst.
Under the general supervision of the Information Technology Manager I, the Information Technology Associate supports the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of State Fund’s non enterprise data networks, including Wi-Fi, IoT devices, REM wall tablets, and related networked equipment. The incumbent performs routine to moderately complex technical tasks following established procedures and standards. The work supports network reliability, system functionality, and customer service for internal users. Complex or unusual issues are escalated to senior technical staff.

Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee’s monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract. The salary range(s) included on this job posting do not reflect the reduction in pay.

- Maintain accurate documentation of routine network changes, installations, and configurations under supervision.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and responsive technical support
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
