Performance Measurements:
- Adhere to the Credit Union Service Standards in all interactions both internal and external as well as employing CML (Creating Member Loyalty) skills.
- Adhere to the monetary outages policy including vault/teller outages and credit union losses due to policy or procedure violations as established by management.
- Ensure minimal member impacting errors per review period, which includes posting errors, follow up with external/internal members, etc.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members as established by management.
- Maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Credit Union's established policies and procedures.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience One month to twelve months of similar or related experience. Education A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
Other Skills Ten key calculator and computer keyboard by touch. Must be good with detail to deal with numbers and names.
Physical Requirements
This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, sitting, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. As required or requested, may exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Work Environment Generally inside work with occasional exposure to weather conditions.
