DEPUTY COUNTY ATTORNEY
- Full-time position responsible broad range of criminal prosecution work involving misdemeanor, felony, and youth court proceedings. Telework opportunities may be available upon successful completion of the probationary period and with supervisor approval.
- $90,125 - $103,225 annually DOE plus full benefits package.

DEPUTY COUNTY ATTORNEY
- Juris Doctor degree
- Montana State Bar membership or passage of the Bar Exam within the 6-month probationary period;
- Valid Montana driver’s license.
- Juris Doctor degree;
- Montana State Bar membership;
- Minimum of two years’ criminal prosecution and trial experience as a Deputy County Attorney; or two years’ experience practicing law including civil litigation, criminal litigation and/or local government law; or any equivalent combination of experience and training totaling six years;
- Demonstrated ability to litigate and try cases and effectively handle a demanding caseload;
- Valid Montana driver’s license.
Salary : $90,125 - $103,225
