Responsibilities and Duties
Our Personal Bankers are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences while handling account services, supporting a welcoming environment, and upholding high standards of professionalism. The daily job duties include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service across in-person, digital, and phone interactions, creating meaningful connections and building lasting relationships
- Opening and managing a wide range of personal and business accounts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a memorable customer experience
- Creating a warm, welcoming lobby experience by greeting all guests with professionalism and hospitality, guiding them to the right resources
- Contributing to a collaborative and professional workplace culture, fostering respect, teamwork, and excellence in all interactions
- Upholding compliance standards by following all bank policies, procedures and regulations
- Taking initiative in supporting additional responsibilities, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to the success of the team
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- One year banking or similar experience
- High School Diploma
- Customer service and cash handling experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Eagerness to learn
