Position Summary
The Universal Banker (UB-Marshfield) requires an associate to fulfill the responsibilities of Teller, Personal Banker, and certain duties otherwise contained within the Business Banking Assistant position. The UB-Marshfield is responsible for: providing exceptional service to an existing portfolio of consumer and business/agricultural clients as well as managing growth through proactive business development; advising bank customers in their selection of financial products and services; processing transactions; and is accountable for loan, deposit, and revenue growth. The UB-Marshfield is also responsible for expanding the relationship along with targeting new customers and prospects to ensure branch growth. Understands and completes job responsibilities in accordance with federal and state compliance regulations and Bank policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions
Software/Technology
Operates personal computer in a Windows environment for word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, internet/intranet and other bank specific software. Utilizes a variety of office equipment including computer printer, ten-key calculator, fax machine, scanner/copier, and multi-line telephone.
Education and Experience
Customer Service experience required. Prefer associate or bachelor’s degree, and previous banking experience.

Working Conditions
Work is performed largely in an office environment, during normal business hours. Deadline pressure is an integral part of the job. Regular mental and visual concentration for computer usage and reading/assimilating complex and technical compliance information is required. Position will alternate between walking, sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds of office supplies and/or documents throughout work shift.
