Are you excited about this work?
- Follow all applicable safety protocols and procedures
- Install, repair and maintain electrical systems, equipment and components including wiring and connection of instruments, meters, pumps, transmitters, HMI’s, VFD’s, or other industrial equipment being manufactured or assembled.
- Electrical installation and troubleshooting in the shop or in the field at customer sites
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams and technical specifications to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures
- Test electrical systems and components for functionality, safety and compliance with regulations
- Troubleshoot electrical problems, identifying root causes and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Replace or repair faulty electrical components, such as switches, outlets and circuit breakers
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations and safety standards in all work activities
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure proper coordination of electrical work
- Maintain accurate records of the electrical work performed, including maintenance logs, inspection reports and service records
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as requested/required
- Maintain updated and accurate professional knowledge regarding electrical technology, codes and standards
- Provide estimates for material & labor costs related to electrical projects and repairs
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of work and customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned

- Electrical Apprenticeship program or related Technical Training program required
- Journeyman electrician license or equivalent certification preferred
- Four (4) or more years’ experience as an electrician or electrical technician
- Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations and safety standards
- Familiarity with electrical blueprints, diagrams and technical manuals
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills
