We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Registration Services team. In this role, you are responsible for entering and maintaining accurate records of StataCorp's customers.
Job duties

Adding new client information to company database

Updating existing client information in company database

Maintaining customer subscriptions in database

Processing software license registrations

Identifying opportunities to improve how customer information is captured in company database
Candidate requirements

Excellent communication skills

The ability to pay close attention to details
- The ability to work 8 hours per day Monday-Thursday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. with flexibility

Good judgment and strong decision-making skills
