Job Description:
The Home Health Executive Director - RN will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, working with clinical resources to oversee patient intake/inquiries and assess patient care, supervising skilled nursing services in accordance with MD orders, directing billing/payroll/data entry activities, and ensuring the financial success of the agency.
Qualifications:
A registered nurse with at least three years of experience in home health care, including one year of full-time experience providing direct patient care in a home health setting. Additionally, the candidate should possess advanced leadership skills, have a proven track record of effectively managing teams and projects, and be able to inspire and motivate staff towards achieving organizational goals.
