About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Growth Coordinator to support our marketing department and independently manage key digital initiatives. This role works closely with the Marketing Director and Creative Director and serves as the engine of our digital ecosystem.
This position is ideal for a creative, highly organized, technically capable digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to continuously learn new tools and platforms. This role requires a high level of graphic design skill, strong technical ability, and the capacity to manage multiple projects with accuracy and speed.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Production & Design
- Create marketing assets for ecommerce, wholesale, retail support, and internal communications
- Design email graphics, social media assets, product launch materials, and ecommerce placements using Canva
- Use AI tools to assist with concept development, workflow efficiency, and product photo capture/editing
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all digital materials
Email & Growth Marketing
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns from start to finish
- Maintain email templates, content blocks, and basic list hygiene/segmentation
- Track and summarize campaign performance
- Ensure all messaging is accurate and industry-compliant
- Assist with affiliate marketing program management and outreach
Ecommerce & Product Operations
- Create and maintain product listings (SKUs) across Shopify, Shopify Plus, and proprietary platforms
- Manage product titles, descriptions, variants, barcodes, and images
- Upload and organize collections and site content
Administration & Cross-Team Support
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries
- Use AI tools to improve production speed and reduce repetitive tasks
- Support marketing needs across fulfillment, sales, and leadership teams
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize digital presence and execute special projects that support expansion initiatives into new markets
Required Qualifications
- Portfolio required (website link or PDF showcasing graphic design or email marketing work)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in marketing and graphic design fields
- Strong graphic design skills with a technical mindset
- Intermediate Canva experience
- Experience with MailerLite or similar email marketing platforms
- Excellent organization, file management, and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently with fast turnaround times
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus (training available for the right candidate)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
- Product photography and AI-assisted image editing experience
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required
