Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans for assigned business units
- Perform monthly variance and trend analysis to support business performance reviews
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models and dashboards
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
- Assist in preparing presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting and planning efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, basic modeling) and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently and in team settings
- Exposure to financial planning tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning, or other ERP tools)
- Interest in industry trends and business models in streaming and content production
- This role is in office Mon-Thurs, while Fridays are WFH
- Occasional long-hours may be required during planning cycles
- Opportunities for growth into senior analyst or FP&A roles
