Starz Automotive Group, a high-volume independent dealership, is growing fast and looking for ambitious Sales Representative to join our winning team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process, ensuring they find the right vehicle to meet their needs while fostering long-term relationships that encourage repeat business.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Assist customers with financing options and paperwork to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Provide ongoing sales support to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership policies, and industry trends.
• Follow up with leads and previous customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership sales goals.

Skills

• Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes within a dealership setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective outside sales interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
