Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during nightclub or banquet events.
- Restock supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently to meet demand during busy service times.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during catering events, banquets, or retail service periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; retail math and food industry knowledge are advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and energetically.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
- Experience in serving at nightclubs or catering events is preferred; banquet experience is a plus.
