We are currently seeking an experienced and collaborative Chef Tournant with artistic tendencies and a true respect for natures finest ingredients.
In this role, you’ll oversee an assigned section of the kitchen, cooking and preparing each dish to perfection, and partnering with our talented chefs to make memorable dishes for our guests to remember. You’ll also learn from some of the most imaginative food people in the industry. Most important, you’ll be responsible for setting standards: absolutely flawless experiences for both guests and staff, and an inspired, motivated and happy team.
Hourly Rate: $27.30
About You...
Passionate about food and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledgeable of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
