The F&B Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for supporting the food and beverage department at large, ordering supplies as needed and providing reinforcement on the restaurant floor(s). The coordinator should be eager to learn sales techniques and have a desire to progress in the food and beverage programming and possible focus on event sales space.
This tole also supports the Lead Events Manager with key planning, coordinating, and helping manage all aspects of large group dining in the restaurant outlets. The coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for large group inquiry leads and provides assistance to the Event Sales Manager on everyday tasks and logistics.

About You...
Passionate about organization and details with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Prior experience in an administrative role, strong organization and technical skills, ability to multi-task and a team player.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Create and distribute weekly REO report for restaurant and hotel leadership
- Coordinate and support event set-up, logistics, and production, liaising between F&B management and client
- Prep and collaborate with Lead Event Sales Manager for weekly event handover to management; requires the ability to problem solve in real time in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create large party menus and beverage offerings
- Hold culinary consultations with clients to facilitate menu selections
- Produce all event marketing materials in Canva
- Create and print materials for all events
- Manage all reservations for clients, adjusting as needed in real time
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of event planning and F&B operations
- Keen attention to detail required
- Outlook and Microsoft suite required (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with tripleseat, sevenrooms, and canva a plus
