This role leads laundry attendants, manages uniform inventory, and ensures efficient workflow within the laundry department.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel or commercial laundry experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of laundry chemicals, fabric care, and uniform care standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
