We’re currently looking for a seasoned Executive Sous Chef who thrives within a mission-driven environment, creates change through culinary innovation, and is a proven and effective leader, with the talent and desire to imagine unique, locally-sourced, unforgettable dishes. If you’re already thinking of new menus, we’d love to hear from you. About you... An expert in culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Passionate about food and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Must have prior proven ability to lead, supervise and develop pastry and savory teams. Ability to demonstrate menu creativity through development and implementation. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
