Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient execution of processes, manage cross-departmental functions, and optimize workflow. Responsibilities include implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining collaboration across multiple divisions, and project management for the offshore initiative. The role also involves contributing to strategic planning efforts and driving operational goals for improved performance and productivity. This is a Full-Time remote position, with possible travel requirements 3-4 times a year.

- High School Graduate or equivalent GED
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to work in a self-directed fashion
- Knowledgeable of all aspects of the insurance business, including policy servicing, underwriting, case management, carriers' niche, licensing and contracting and commissions
- Three years of experience in sales, underwriting, case design and/or case management processing
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Solution-oriented, ability to go above and beyond
- Results-oriented; ability to work creatively within guidelines
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
- Experience with offshore project management is a plus
