About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile and reliable Swing Cover to join our magic show team as an Assistant. This is a dynamic, “behind-the-scenes-meets-center-stage” role for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and a bit of theatrical flair.
What You’ll Do:
• Step in as a swing cover with extra shows during holiday seasons.
• Support both on-stage performances and backstage operations.
• Move, push, and pull large and heavy props safely and efficiently
• Help create seamless, magical moments during live performances.
• Work closely with performers, stage crew, and production staff.
What We’re Looking For:
• Weekday evenings and weekend availablilty.
• Good physical strength and stamina. This role involves handling heavy props.
• 5ft10 or taller.
• Comfort working in a live performance environment and thinking on your feet. The Magic can change at any given moment!
Bonus but not required:
• Experience in magic, theater, or live entertainment
• A “magical mindset” and appreciation for performance arts
