Starved Rock Harley-Davidson is looking for an experienced, certified Harley-Davidson Master Technician to join our growing service department.

This is not an entry-level position — we are looking for a technician who can diagnose, repair, and lead with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles
• Complete engine, transmission, electrical, and performance work
• Execute warranty repairs in compliance with Harley-Davidson standards
• Accurately document repairs using Digital Technician II
• Maintain productivity and efficiency targets
• Mentor and support junior technicians
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Current Harley-Davidson Master Technician Certification
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Harley-Davidson Digital Technician II
• Valid motorcycle endorsement
• Ability to work in a high-volume service environment
• Strong work ethic and team mentality
