Salary range: 150K to 200K plus equity Hybrid schedule: 2 to 3 days weekly in the office

A seed stage healthtech company backed by well known investors is hiring its first dedicated Product Manager. The company builds software that supports patient nutrition and hospital food operations. It is a regulated, high stakes environment where reliability, clarity, and strong customer instincts matter every day.

You will work directly with the founders and own the full product lifecycle across two engineering squads. This role sits at the centre of discovery, workflow mapping, product direction, technical alignment, customer engagement and adoption. You will translate messy hospital processes into simple user experiences and repeatable product systems.

You will run structured discovery with hospital stakeholders, produce crisp flows and prototypes without a full time designer, write clear PRDs, unblock engineers quickly, and partner with customer success and sales to drive usage. You will also build lightweight processes that help the team scale without creating unnecessary layers.

You may be a fit if you have

• Four or more years of B2B product management experience in a regulated domain such as healthtech, fintech, or legaltech

• A track record of shipping products where operational reliability matters

• Strong UX instincts and the ability to design flows without a designer

• Clear written communication and the ability to align technical and non technical partners

• A first principles mindset and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity

In the first ninety days you will

• Build trust with engineering, customer teams, and external partners

• Turn ambiguous partner input into structured product direction

• Ship a meaningful user facing feature end to end

• Create an aligned roadmap with clear outcomes
