What You'll Work On

Our clients range from emerging challenger brands to category leaders across food and beverage, lifestyle, family, pet, and franchise industries. You'll have the opportunity to work on integrated campaigns spanning earned media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, thought leadership, product launches, executive visibility, awards programs, events, and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication, exceptional service, and a strong understanding of client goals and business objectives.
  • Develop story angles, craft compelling media materials, pitch media, and secure meaningful coverage for clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with journalists, creators, industry leaders, and strategic partners to uncover opportunities for clients.
  • Coordinate media opportunities, including interviews, briefing materials, product mailings, and event support.
  • Identify, engage, and manage influencer and affiliate partners in support of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and participate in client calls, providing proactive recommendations, strategic insights, and campaign updates.
  • Monitor industry news, media trends, and cultural moments to identify timely opportunities and inform account strategy.
  • Contribute to monthly action plans by bringing forward creative ideas, trend insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Track progress against client goals and KPIs, and measure and communicate the impact of campaign efforts.
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with strong organization, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, escalating issues appropriately and recommending solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class earned media, influencer, and affiliate marketing programs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2 years of public relations experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven success securing media coverage and developing relationships with journalists, creators, and industry contacts.
  • Strong writing, communication, research, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, curious, and resourceful with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or integrated communications campaigns is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and emerging technologies that enhance research, content development, and workflow efficiency
