Job Summary

Program Implementation Manager (PIM)

The Program Implementation Manager (PIM) serves as a collaborative leadership resource for staff, helping guide implementation of programming, residential structure, student support systems, and organizational procedures while fostering communication, accountability, and teamwork across SRN. This role is intended to provide guidance, structure, and support to staff while helping leadership identify barriers, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within all programming and residential services.

The Program Support Manager provides day-to-day guidance and assists with problem-solving and helps maintain a trauma-informed, student-centered environment across all houses and the SRN programming.

This role is intended to:

• support and guide House Managers and residential staff,
• help ensure policies, procedures, and documentation are properly maintained,
• assist in implementation and coordination of student programming,
• reinforce consistency and structure across houses,
• support onboarding, communication, and staff development,
• and serve as a bridge between residential life, programming, and all other staff.

The PIM takes the programming vision and ensures it is implemented consistently across houses and classes. This includes overseeing the implementation, structure, accountability, and continuity of SRN programming across residential and student service environments.

Main focus area includes the coordination of the daily structure, consistency, and implementation of SRN residential and SRN programming classes. This role serves as both a support resource and accountability manager to House Managers and residential staff, helping ensure protocols, communication, documentation, transportation coordination, student expectations, and program requirements are consistently maintained. The position combines residential oversight, SRN program oversight and coordination, administrative follow-through, and supportive leadership to help ensure students receive consistent, stable, and high-quality support throughout their time at SRN.

Highlights of Responsibilities:

Residential Oversight & Accountability

• Work directly with House Leads to ensure all residential protocols, schedules, logs, curfews, transportation plans, inventories, and student expectations are consistently followed
• Conduct routine reviews of documentation, house communication logs, incident reports, medication logs, transportation plans, room checks and another other paperwork
• Help identify gaps in consistency and provide coaching/support to staff
• Assist in maintaining structure, cleanliness, safety, and trauma-informed practices across houses

Staff Support & Communication

• Serve as a day-to-day sounding board and support resource for residential staff
• Assist with staff communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving
• Help reinforce organizational expectations and culture
• Support onboarding and training of new residential staff
• Escalate larger employee concerns to leadership/HR as appropriate

Program Coordination & Implementation

• Assist in coordinating student programming, life-skills groups and student engagement activities
• Help ensure student participation requirements are being tracked and communicated
• Support implementation of GRAD and residential programming expectations
• Work collaboratively with the Program Coordinator to maintain consistency between housing and programming

Transportation

• Maintain a thorough understanding of all transportation operations, including the complexities and daily nuances associated with coordinating transportation for students. This includes school schedules, employment schedules, appointments, extracurricular activities, transportation vendors, emergency transportation needs, and last-minute changes. The position is expected to help identify potential issues before they occur, ensure clear communication across departments, and support the successful execution of all transportation-related services.

Skills

• Extensive experience in program development, design, and implementation within a nonprofit or educational setting.
• Proven supervisory experience with team leadership capabilities; adept at motivating diverse teams toward common goals.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, scope management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective meeting facilitation, technical writing, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
