At our organization, feedback is an essential part of maintaining excellence. Several times each month, Area Coordinators are evaluated by:

  • Families enrolled in our programs
  • Children participating in our programs
  • Teachers who work alongside you
  • Directors and leadership

We believe constructive feedback helps everyone grow and ensures we continue providing an exceptional experience for every child. If you struggle with receiving feedback professionally or are unwilling to continually improve, this position is probably not the right fit.
