You will work from a state of the art office space, in the heart of downtown Miami and will be a part of one of the most essential department of our Virtual Office company. In this energetic role, you will handle the efficient processing, sorting, and distribution of mail and packages within our facility. Your proactive approach will ensure timely delivery, accurate data entry, and smooth mailroom operations. Responsibilities
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments using manual handling techniques and automatic inserting machines.
- Operate mailroom materials handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport items safely.
- Manage mail distribution tasks including data entry, filing, shipment sorting, and mail processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with mailroom distribution activities by organizing inventory, loading/unloading materials, and supporting warehouse operations.
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory using Microsoft Office tools and warehouse management systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to mail processing or shipment status with professionalism and clarity.
Requirements
- Proven mailroom and office experience with knowledge of mailroom operations, materials handling, and shipment sorting.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment including RF scanners, and automatic labeling machines safely.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a customer service mindset to assist team members and visitors effectively.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
