The inspector will be responsible for:
- Reviewing fiber construction drawings before work begins.
- Reviewing potholing plans and reports.
- Reviewing sewer and storm drain inspection videos to ensure no damage from drilling.
- Reviewing Right-of-Way (ROW) permits and ensuring contractor compliance.
- Reviewing Traffic Control Plans (TCPs).
- Performing field inspections during:
- Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)
- Roadway restoration
- Verifying:

- Compaction requirements
- Traffic control implementation
- Coordinating with:
- Construction crews
- City inspectors
- Residents when necessary
- Preparing daily/inspection reports and weekly construction reports.
