What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator position at startearly?
Coordinates and supports the execution of professional learning initiatives of the Ounce Institute, as well as providing support for the division’s program and operational needs.
Essential Job Duties
Coordinate with Ounce Institute team members to ensure the delivery of collaborative and quality services to programs
Manage the workflow of the professional learning and programmatic initiatives to ensure timeliness and quality of program and operational work.
Coordinate the logistics and operational support needs for OI professional learning events.
Manage operations of internal and external events, meetings, and calendaring.
Maintain integrity of data across database management systems, CRM, project collaboration and event management platforms.
Utilize data and reporting processes and systems to track program participation and find opportunities to enhance services being provided to programs.
Act as liaison to external stakeholders, including consultants, funders, program staff and home visiting model developers.
Act as liaison to internal stakeholders, including members of other Ounce divisions, to ensure programmatic alignment between the division and the organization.
Actively engage in and collaborate on division projects.
Transcribe, edit and record minutes of meetings; compose routine memoranda, letters, email and other internal and external correspondence as requested.
Perform other job related duties as requested.
