This role is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, monitoring performance outcomes, and assisting in the implementation of organizational initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and quality of care across all programs and sites.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the COO in managing and monitoring organizational operations, including program performance, quality improvement, compliance, and administrative functions.
- Assist in developing and tracking operational goals, KPIs, and performance dashboards to measure progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports, data analyses, presentations, and briefings for leadership meetings, board reports, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and track progress on organizational projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that promote operational efficiency and alignment with regulatory standards.
- Support the development, review, and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with program leaders and administrative teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, trainings, and internal events led by the COO.
- Research, compile, and summarize data and best practices to inform operational decisions.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the COO and senior leadership team.
- Manages COO’s calendar.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field, or experience equivalent to required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative support within a healthcare or nonprofit organization.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance standards, and quality improvement practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data management systems or project tracking tools (e.g. Monday.com).
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
