The Member Support Specialist will guide members through how their plan works, help them find solutions, and understands how each interaction impacts the broader product and company. Attention to detail, initiative, and strong communication skills are essential in this role.

What you’ll do in this role:
- Assist members via phone, text and email
- Improve the overall member experience
- Provide concierge-level service at every level
- Locate high-value providers for members seeking care
- Assist in adjudication of and review of member claims
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management
The ideal candidate is:
- Self-motivated, compassionate, and a proficient multitasker
- Tech savvy – can seamlessly navigate phone, text and email systems
- Preferred sales and/or healthcare experience
- Being bilingual (English and Spanish-speaking) is a plus!
