Our Marketer will be a true brand builder, from paid advertising and social media to video content and sales collateral, this person will play a direct role in shaping how people discover and connect with Start Health.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google and social platforms
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns, including nurture sequences and promotional sends
- Create content that makes health insurance simple and easy to understand for everyday consumers
- Update and maintain website content and assist with design and UX improvements
- Produce short-form video content for ads, social, and educational purposes
- Develop sales materials such as one-pagers, brochures, and presentations to support the member support team
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Ability to leverage AI tools and resources
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Strong copywriting skills - able to break down complex topics simply and clearly
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
- Comfortable with basic web/CMS platforms and has a good design eye
- Experience creating or editing short-form video content
- Self-starter who can juggle multiple projects in a small team environment
- Background in healthcare or financial product marketing is a plus
