Front-of-House Retail Associate: Seasonal, Full-Time
Start Haus Ski & Bike Shop is looking for an experienced Front-of-House Retail Associate to join our crew!
We are looking for a Front-of-House Retail Associate to join our team as the first point of contact for our customers. We need someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, passionate about skiing and has experience in the industry.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing service throughout their visit
- Answering questions about our products, services, and local mountain conditions.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized retail space, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Assisting with service equipment requests as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping people get the most out of their time on the mountain.

Pay for all positions will depend on experience. However, Start Haus prides itself on paying a living wage. We like our employees happy and loyal, and we want you to be able to work and live where you play.
