Start Fresh Cleaning is a Tulsa-metro house-cleaning company built on a simple idea: pay cleaners well enough that the best ones want to work with us. We find and manage the clients — you do great cleans and get paid quickly. Every home we hand back should feel like a genuine fresh start.
How it works
- We text you cleaning jobs near you. Each one shows the home, the day and time, and exactly what it pays — before you accept.
- Tap to claim the jobs that fit your schedule. Say no to the ones that don't — no penalty.
- Finish the clean, take a before-and-after photo from your phone, and mark it complete.
- Get paid every Friday through Stripe for the jobs you finished that week.
What you'll do
- Standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans in homes across the Tulsa metro
- Clean to our Standards of Clean — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors — so every home is move-in fresh
- Take before-and-after photos on each job (this is how you get paid and how we back your work)
What you bring
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A smartphone for job offers and photos
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment (some clients provide their own)
- Real attention to detail; cleaning experience is a big plus
- Willingness to complete a W-9 and pass a background check

A few things to know
This is independent contractor (1099) work: you set your own schedule, accept or decline any job, and no taxes are withheld — you'll receive a 1099 in January. You're paid a flat fee per completed clean, not by the hour, so what you see on each job offer is what you earn. Clients you're introduced to through Start Fresh stay Start Fresh clients — any separate clients of your own are always your own.
