We are an established beauty studio in Murfreesboro, TN focused on healthy hair, extensions, natural styling, and a high-end client experience. We are expanding our team and looking for a licensed cosmetologist / hair stylist who is professional, consistent, and team-oriented.
We are not just filling chairs—we are building a salon culture centered on excellence, structure, and growth.
Services we specialize in stylists should be confident or willing to grow in:
- Silk presses & natural hair styling
- Blowouts & healthy hair maintenance
- Extensions (sew-ins, quick weaves, installs preferred)
- Basic braiding styles (feed-ins, parting, simple designs)
- Shampooing, conditioning, and treatment services
- Client education and hair care recommendations

Expectations
All stylists are expected to:
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- Follow salon policies and direction without conflict

- Be consistent with attendance and scheduling
Compensation Structure
- Starting commission: 50%–55% (based on experience)
- Growth potential up to 60% for high-performing stylists
- Retail commission available
- Commission is based on services completed

- Licensed cosmetologists in Tennessee

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
