Front Desk/Receptionist– Full Time

At Starship Pediatric Dentistry, we are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized team member to join us at the front desk full time.
This is an important role in our office. The person in this position helps keep the day running smoothly by communicating with patients and families, managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the team. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, takes initiative, and can communicate confidently and professionally both in person and in writing.
Dental experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a great team, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Answering phones and helping patients and parents
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule
- Responding to emails professionally and promptly
- Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with patient accounts
- Checking patients in and out
- Helping keep the front office organized and running efficiently
